FITTING SERVICES
Our highly skilled tradesmen provide a specialist floor fitting service for all types of real wood flooring for both domestic and commercial property.

Providing it makes economic sense to do so, we will travel anywhere and work whatever hours are necessary to work around our customer's constraints.

Not only do we guarantee an excellent finish, we also ensure that all technical considerations are met to ensure that the floor lasts.

Once fitted, we will give you advice on how to maintain and preserve your new floor.

SANDING FLOORS
We sand and finish any type of wood or cork flooring providing that the floor is suitable for sanding, offering expert advice on the type of finish best suited to your floor.
We use the most efficient sanding machines available. With 98% dust extraction and a 9" wide rotating belt, we can achieve the same high quality finish seen on the decks and in ballrooms on the luxury yachts and liners for which these machines were designed.

We use profile sanders and edgers - also fitted with dust extraction, to ensure that the end result is uniform throughout and nothing is missed.

If you are worried about the mess, do not give it another thought. The investment we have made in our sanding equipment means that sanding the floors does not mean turning your home into a dust bowl.

In most cases, a floor has to be finished throughout with a single final coat. This means moving all furniture from the area. If you need help with moving furniture, we can also help with that.

RENOVATION
No matter how durable a floor is, repeated wear and tear from daily traffic will eventually show and there may be a need to carry out some repairs. Squeaky floors, scratches, splits,dents and missing or water damaged sections are all in most cases repairable.

We can often find new or reclaimed timbers to match existing floors to carry out virtually invisible repairs.
